The land comprises 3.15 rai of flat coconut  land on 7 title deeds with 34 m. beach frontage on the north west coast of Koh Samui approximately 400 m south of Four Seasons Resort .
 
The land is an a quiet and secluded spot but in an area which promises to be the domain of high end resorts. It looks across to Anthong Marine Park and benefits from stunning all year round sunset views.

There is an existing partially built house which could be completed or replaced. The advantage of the existing structure is that there is build permission to build up to the beach whereas new regulations forbid structures within 10 m of the beach. Access is via a concrete  road which runs 1 km from the ring road and passes a new luxury resort on the way past the site and continues to Four Seasons Hotel.
